Delivery Policies
- U.S. Orders must be received by 2pm in recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
- We will do our best to accommodate specified delivery times but cannot guarantee specific times. (exceptions: weddings, funerals and events )
- We do have an express delivery charge of $20.00 for a guaranteed 2 hour window.
- Deliveries are available 6 days a week
- A phone number will be needed for deliveries out of town and to rural area.
- We will be happy to accept international orders
- Our delivery fee is $10.95 for all local orders ( Davis, Woodland, El Macero). Deliveries for outside our local area are as follows...

Return Policy
Returns:
- All gift items may be returned, undamaged with receipt.
- We do not take returns on flowers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your flowers we do have offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you contact us within 2 days we will replace your flowers no questions asked.
Refunds:
- We do not offer cash refunds unless approved by management. We can however offer store credit.
- Credit card sales can be refunded back onto credit cards when needed.
- Checks require a 7 day waiting period for clearing before we can offer a refund.
